I had a serious head injury. A huge chunk of my forehead missing that amazingly, they managed to stitch together 45 stitches later. Four stitches to my elbow. Not to mention my passager, 25 stitches to his head, a few to the elbow. These people were wonderful, all a young staff, answered all my questions and dealt with me freaking out. My first car accident and everyone was amazed I walked away. Great hospital.

They'd sooner sh** on you than actually help you.I was taken to their E.R. in August 2008 and just NOW (March 2011) found out they put an $80 bill to a collection agency. NEVER HEARD from the hospital; just sent it straight to collection.I would rather let a bum outside the hospital help me than deal with their incompetant staff ever again. Not just the billing department, but all the nurses and doctors as well.THEY SUCK! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE INSURED! TELL THE AMBULANCE DRIVER "ANYWHERE BUT DENVER GENERAL!"

I was in a terrible motorcycle accident on October 26, 2007. They rushed me to Denver Health. I was about to die. I was in a coma for a month and a half, and when I came out of the coma I had to have brain surgery. The doctors were fantastic, the nurses were phenomenal. These people saved my life. Everybody was very nice and informative to my wife and my family. They took the best care of me. If it was not for them, I could not even write this. I would be dead. This hospital and staff are the greatest people.

If you want to be treated like a prisoner then go to denver health. They are the most rudest people i have ever met.Everyone from the sercuirty to the nurses they rude they need to take a ager mangagement class. So if you work at denver health this means YOU!!!!!

denver health is a dangerous place. people don't tell you who they are. have shown up several times to appointments confirmed by them that did not exist when i got there. i could go on and on. know one person who they killed their husband through negligence.

And I don't get the horrible food comment. I thought the food was terrific. As for staff--if you're looking for people to fluff your pillows and dust your TVs, it's the wrong hospital. If you're looking for a staff that cares, is committed to what they do, and seem genuine and real, you're in the right place. Awesome.
