        This is the second Silverado I've purchased from this dealership. I've also purchase many other vehicles from competitors and I can honestly tell you that you'll feel valued and this doesn't end with the delivery of your new vehicle. Their Body Shop, Service Dept and Parts Dept are equally amazing. It's common place to speak with employees that have worked there 15 to 20 years or more, which speaks volumes of the way the treat their employees.

        Mike in the service department is amazing. He was so nice and professional. This was the first time I had been to Chevrolet Center in Winter Haven for a car repair. I will definiety go back. I had great service. Thanks Mike for being so kind to me and helping me solve my problems.

        Excellent service. New customer - first visit. Linda the service writer was very helpful and Michael the technician was fast, honest, efficient and reliable. You have a new, long-term customer. Thank you.



        Also, the whole dealership was friendly and very modern, state of the art. The was VERY much appreciate by this customer. WiFi in waiting lounge. Nice!!!
