Awesome friendly service! For a very minimal cost I had my vintage sewing machine fixed while I waited, oiled up and it's working like a new machine!
In response to below review writer failed to say she was offered a new machine for her inconveince of waiting for part which was discontinued, she refused and picked up machine apart as she requested. We don't have to justify our repairs as ladies come from one coast or the other just to have our service. There are numerous reviews on other sites all opposite of this one.
I took my Janome machine into Heart to Heart servicing only. After months of being put off with lies, I picked up the machine - in pieces. The machine ran beautifully until Al got it; for some reason, he took it apart and could not get it back together. I took it to another repairman, but it was missing too many parts to be repaired; I ended replacing the machine.
