I scheduled a delivery of a Refrigerator, Jonny was the tech.to remove the old refrigerator,. Jonny was unable to turn off the water under my sink. Told me to call a plumber. I called the plumber, who arrived 15 minutes later, and was charged 40.00 to turn it of, using a simple wrench. Then the delivery guy shows up, his name is Matthew, I told Both Jonny and Mathew we are good to go and Jonny says he was here long enough and both left...Poor Poor service. So now I am without my Refrigerator that I paid a thousand dollars for, and I called and spoke to the Winter Garden Manager in appliances, Anthony, all he could tell me is there is nothing he could do until the next day. But he said He Understands How I feel...Really???
