Long response time

Experiencing long response time. Accident occurred on 10/30/2013. Trying to put in a claim and/or receive the money for the damages. Left several messages with no call back. Dropped off estimates and two weeks later still no reresponse. Finally spoke to an agent on 11/27/2013 and was told they would get back. Still waiting?
