Wesley was very helpful until Amy Ruth showed up and stated that he could not help me with the return paperwork on my item. I assured her that I just needed some guidance making sure I filled out the paperwork correctly. She continued with her rant and was belligerent yelling across the store to Wesley while she was working with another customer. Then after Wesley wrapped up my transaction, he went in a side area away from the counter and was getting berated by her about helping me. Her social skills, professional skills and communication skills are horrendous! You can fire someone without cause in the state of NC and I strongly feel the UPS store on Knollwood in Winston Salem, NC should exercise that right and fire her. Wesley, on the other hand, deserves a raise for dealing with her and would most definitely be a better manager.

Thank God someone put a great pizza place in East Winston. I have tried the sandwiches, pizza and wings. No complaints just compliments. Also, did I mention the staff are great too. Everyone should try it! Now it's not fancy, smancy chef pizza, but it is good pizza at a fair price. Call ahead if you have a large order or if you want food during the lunch hour.
they are clean and have good pizza as well. they have alright price but y'all should work on ur wing sauce thou make hot hotter and also improve the mild wings as well
I went to this UPS store as it was recommend. The woman was very rude and short with me. She didn't offer up any helpful information. She answered the phone while she was waiting on me and was rude and short with the person on the other end of the phone. The young girl working there then took over and was very friendly. As soon as the original lady got off the phone she took over from the young girl which I wish she hadn't. & I had to explain what I needed for the 3rd time and her attitude never changed. She never apologized for the phone and as I was giving her information for my shipment (the original lady) she started having a conversation with the other employee. I felt like it could have waited until I was done since I was the only one in the store, and I still struggled to get waited on in a timely manor.
