Best Transmission shop I ever been too Thank you

This is one of the best auto and transmission repair shop I ever seen in my life . Very clean inside and out looks to alway be busy every time I drive by . So was have a transmission problem with my car took it too another shop to get a price they drove my car and came back and told me my transmission need to be rebuild the was over $3000 . dollars so then I took it to Mr. Transmatic to see what they said . They check the transmission for free it took them about 1 hr too look at it and then they ask me to come in the office . At that time I though here we go again $3000. But they told me $854.00 to pix my problem . It was not my transmission it was something if . I told them to fix it and I am very happy about this and my car never ran better thank you Mr. Transmatic very happy customer .

This is the most unethical business I've ever run across. They supposedly "rebuilt" my transmission but in reality I think the only thing they did was change my fluid for $3,000. When the transmission still had problems, they told me to bring it back and they'd take care of it. It would sit there for days and they would say they fixed it but they never did. After taking the vehicle back 8 times without Cottman ever actually repairing the problem, they tell me the warranty has now expired. I hope anyone thinking about going to Cottman Transmission learns from my mistake and stays away.

Can you give me a ride? No car for a week and 2 days. Amazing under warranty I can't get my car repaired. I am losing trust in these people by the minute and now that it's raining, I need to rent something to just do errands. Luckily I have a scooter to get to work! What's worse is I had it towed there 2 weeks ago, they said they couldn't find anything wrong! Would I have a car towed if there was nothing wrong? I'm convinced they didn't drive the car enough to duplicate the problem. I had to drive the car until it died again to show them the transmission would disengage. I told them the transmission never acted any better in December after it was replaced but to die on the way to a family funeral and then have them say they couldn't find the problem??? Well now I have the problem still, I have no car...communication is not their strong suit that's for sure!
