        I am truly ecstatic with the purchase I secured at the Stereo Shop.
        I purchased a new car with a Alpine system in it,but wanted a crisper sound.
        I researched several shops around the city of Winston-Salem,and opted for The Stereo Shop.
        The reason I am so overjoyed with this establishment,is the steadfastness in which they stood behind their products.
        I was experiencing some on going malfunctions in the system I purchased.
        The techs(Blake,James),tediously and diligently inspected and isolated the problem,and expertly rectified it.
        I now ride a cloud of sinewy sound.
        Thanks guys,you guys are SOUND SCIENTIST!!!

        Overall

        I had previously had work done at the store on a stereo and speakers. The products were under warranty. I came back to have them fixed. Turned out I had a speaker wire that was broken. I asked them how much it would cost to fix. They said it would be one hour of work which was $63. I agreed. However the exceeded the work time by a half hour. This wouldn't be that bad except the price difference. I had to pay $107 dollars with tax. I needed the work done, but had the given me an honest estimate about the time that it would have taken I would have told them to do it. They had been quite busy (working on 3 other cars to be exact), and the technician had to go to the front desk on several occasions. A $107 dollar repair for something I don't need right now was not what not what a college student needs. To top it all off, their card reader wouldn't accept my card, so I had to go across the street to withdraw some money (which worked just fine by the way).
