Southfork Assisted Living

Administrator does not return phone calls. Receptionist has a poor attitude, blatantly makes you feel like an inconvenience.

My mother-n-law is a resident at Southfork and we are extremely pleased. She is in the memory loss unit and we are so fortunate to be able to have her at this facility. They treat "nanny" like she is their grandmother. The staff stays on top of everything and keeps us informed. I would recommend this facility to anyone. We have had my mother-n-law in different facilities and this is definitely the best. Amanda and Kim are exceptional and are definitely an asset to the facility. The housekeeping is excellent also, there is never an odor like most facilities. Thanks for all you do!
