Rating this a one because I can't go any lower.

I hired Rays to inspect a potential new home. Report one came back with nothing on it. I went back to the house and personally found termite damage. I asked them to come back out and reinspect. They came out and noted nothing found again. I called them about the specific damage I saw and scheduled a time to meet. They never showed and claimed they had already been there and found no damage. Yet again, I called and told them exactly where to locate the damage. Supposedly they went back out and suddenly found "activity". Yet they never went inside to see the damage and there was no evidence they ever looked around outside. The soil I specifically placed around the windows was never disturbed.

After all of this, they claimed that I never paid my bill. I had paid it three months earlier and sent a copy of the cleared check as proof.

At this point, I feel certain I paid them for sending me a bill - nothing more. I will never hire them or recommend them. If this is a scam, they are not even good at that!
