Ashley is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She has provided me such excellent care and service, where she was genuinely concerned about my situation and had treated me as if she knew me for years. I needed services to be done for my mom and we were in a dire situation, but Ashley had solved a week long saga of problems - within minutes. Ashley, if you have a chance to read this, I couldn’t have gotten anywhere if it wasn’t for you. You are truly an angel! And to the owner of PF Plumbing, please cherish and praise her to the fullest extent. Ashley is truly a gem. She went above and beyond for my mom and I, and we have never been alleviated of stress so quickly before with any homeowner- type issues. I had 3 plumbers come out, 2 of them were outright unfriendly, late, and couldn't seem to explain the repair to me very well.



Third plumber was a charm, Pete showed up from PF Plumbing. He was probably the friendliest plumber I've ever met, smart as a whip. Grabbed a pad from his car and ended up spending a good 20 minutes drawing and explaining the repair in more detail then I could have asked for.



Then the crew: Simon showed up, very very courteous. Neat, clean and very respectful, as was his apprentice.



I never knew a plumbing problem could end up being a pleasurable experience until I met the top notch pro's at PF!



I received a higher price from PF than the other "guys", but I certainly got what I paid for!!!

Were extremely neat and kind. Price was great for work done. Estimater was pleasant and helpful and would go to them everytime because of him. Very satisfied with PF and will use them again.
