Overall

REAL French Cuisine without "airs".

The Par 3 Bistro is a wonderfully "French" restaurant. Despite it's name and it's unassuming appearance, the food is fresh, simplly presented, and prepared with pride and expertise by chef Michel. Service is friendly and prompt...stay an hour or two if you like, like "en France". My husband and I have our favorites...every time! We start with escargots, potato leek soup, and tender salad greens with a light homemade vinaigrette. Michel makes the BEST filet steak with Bearnaise, always accompanied by fresh vegetables perfectly cooked. Sometimes we have dessert, but usually we have only room for a good cup of coffee. Even if you prepare French cuisine at home, like I often do, It's a treat to have Michel cook for you!
