great customer service was a great experince

My family has used the services of this agency since moving here in 1994. Unfortunately we have had to make a significant claim when a pipe to a commode came loose when we were away and had a crisis upon our return 2 hours after leaving. Everything was handled immediatedly from emergemcy personnel their to mitigate damage and adjusters kind and compassionate and extremely helpful. Having had insurance throughout my life although I wish I never had a claim it was wonderful to know they were there when needed.
