I've been to this game store more than a couple of times.. I went by myself to try the Oculus as this is the ONLY store I know that has it in the winston/Clemmons area, and I had a great experience at first; set up was easy and the male employee seemed to know what he was doing (good price for the gameplay time as well). BUT... Maybe a week or so later, I return with many friends (business for them, and some who've PRE-PAID for gaming time) who wanted to also try this innovative gaming device and the female employee there was just lost. She obviously did not know how to set the the device up and she spent 40 minutes, if not more fiddling with it instead of just telling us "I apologize but there is no one to set it up right now, please come back at such and such time." We ended up just leaving with "I owe you" 1hr game time on the paid reciept. So I call ahead the next weekend and they say come on Sunday, we show up and it's the same crap, " oh sorry were so busy with campers we forgot to make sure the Oculus was set up, we don't really attend to much to our regular customers I know." Just wow... Ok, I understood it was the summer season and all with campers but they're playing d$@m card games and regular console games. Nothing too complicated there.. So once again, "try next weekend, we'll have it ready by then it might not be working peoperly." I call ahead again and THIS time it's "oh yes sorry, we forgot to call support, it may need some maintenance, we'll let you know when it's ready and you'll have 2 hrs of free gameplay now instead of one because you paid and all. wow thanks so much... Here it is 4 weeks later and no call or anything. I don't want my money back, I just want this business to understand how crappy they treat their regular customers, gamet1me deserves this 1 star review.

GAMET1ME is a great place for parties, video gaming, Magic the Gathering, and cosplay. There is always something going on and a great family environment.
