        We've used Convenient Appliance for close to 25 years. The employees are knowledgeable and considerate. We have NO complaints with ordering parts, they will actually lead you to a part that will cost less if available! If the part is not in stock the wait time is minimal on the order. Repairs were professional and timely. When a company delivers on all counts you stay with them, and we have.

        I don't normally do reviews but I had to share what a great experience I had with Chance from Convenient Appliance Service. Very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond any expectations I had, and even offered advice and tips on other appliances in my home, that he wasn't even there to service, that was very informative and useful. I would highly recommend Chance and Convenient Appliance Repair to any one in need of appliance repair/service and will definitely have them as my first call should I need help again!
