I called Colby on a Friday to get an estimate to replace our gutters. That afternoon I was given a quote for the job. On Monday, we contacted him to do the work. His crew came Thursday afternoon and they were finished miday on Friday. They did a great job and they were very professional. The jobsite was cleaned at the end of the first day and upon completion, the property looked undisturbed. His men were very friendly and personable. We were kept informed each step of the project. If we ever need additional work again, we will contact Colby.

Called Colby Sunday afternoon and he was able to come out to the house Monday afternoon to repair siding that had blown off of the house. Very courteous, customer service oriented and very reasonably priced. Would recommend Colby to others and will call again if needed...ML

I have used Colby's Home Repairs and I have been very pleased. I had them build a screened porch with a rubber roof and they did a beautiful job. They were polite, efficient, and very neat. I also recently used them to repair some shutters on my house that had come loose because of high winds. They were able to help get that done the same day. Great service !!!!

I had Colby to replace a rubber roof on my porch 2 years ago and they done a great job! Just recently I had a roofing leak around a rubber boot at a pole and they came out within a few days and took care of the leak. They are very reasonable with prices and easy to work with! I can't say enough good things about Colby Home Repairs. They came out promptly to give me a quote which was fair and affordable. They came to install my gutters on the day they promised they would and did an efficient and perfect job. The employees were all courteous and worked very hard until the job was done right. We needed some insurance work done on our roof and Colby was recommended. He had done some work for our son. Of all the others who came to do an estimate, Colby did the most comprehensive review and actually went up and took detailed pictures of what was wrong and what needed to be done. Absolutely courteous throughout, he explained how he would do it and everything.

On the day they started, his crew arrived on time, and immediately went to work. They went over everything and when done, they left no trace that they ever were here. No trash, no junk shingles, just a clean, professional job. We are really, really pleased with Colby and his entire team. I would recommend Colby's for any work you need on your home as we will have him do a lot more for us. Our family is happy and you will be, too. Thanks Colby!

Wow! Outstanding customer service in all aspects! Yesterday I came home to storm damage on my house. Today I came home to repairs that looked better than before the damage! I called at noon today and by the time I got home from work it was handled. Less than a 6 hr response time....impressive! And the work more than exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Colby and crew recently finished installing our new roof, too. We are very pleased with the excellent job they did. Keeping things neat and replacing a damaged gutter at no charge were bonuses on top of the good job replacing the roof. The weather and other jobs made keeping to the original schedule challenging, but Colby did a good job communicating with us. The price was very fair for the work done, and better than estimates from other roofers.

Colby and his crew finished installing our new roof yesterday and we are very pleased with the results. We had shopped around and he had the best price, by far. He responded quickly when I asked for an estimate and when we were ready to get the work done, he was easy to communicate with, very polite and we had no problems. I will definitely contact him for any future needs and I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family!!!
