They treat you like they care
They help target your pain area and treat you with the meds that will help to easy your pain
They drug test you so they will know if you are taking.other meds you are not suppose to believe taking. DR. Ajam has been treating me for several years. He has adjusted my meds
been going there for 7 plus yrs.. was good until i got insurance drug test a lot..which i passed..i did not come in for pill count and did not bring my pills in one time which they did not tell me to but of course they said they did tell me. yep out the door they sent me. I do not like to blame any one except myself if i would of came in when asked and brought my pills..i guess i would still be going there.
you know some times the pain is almost unbearable. now it is very hard to find another dr to see me which i have not found any one as of now...dang..
The doctors are very informed and professional. The nurses couldn't be more caring. However the reception staff/office help are rude and insensitive. It is a shame they ruin a good dr./patient relationship with their unprofessionalism.
False positive drug test led this lousy practice from treating me even though one of my other doctors communicated to them that one of the meds I'm will cause this. I told CPI to send my specimen off for further analysis to prove it. They will be eating crow when they get the results back. Rude doctor, Dr. Kapural, rude staff, and rude schedulers. They do not care or listen to their patience. If you tell them a drug is not working, they will not listen to you. I am currently seeking legal advise on filing a malpractice suit against this so called doctor. I cannot believe the nightmare they have put me through!!!
