Carolina Custom Concrete

While the brick got laid, and the concrete was poured, there are things that still are not done, and Carlos and team have left to never be seen again. After multiple texts/phone calls and broken promises on when he would be back, still nothing. CCC left everything they promised to haul off, Carlos said he would bring a bobcat in to level things (never did), Increased the price twice... mediocre stamp job.. I would NOT RECOMMEND hiring him. I know the price will be good, but the leftover headache is not worth it.

He promised the city would be by to take the stuff away they cleaned out, yet the city is saying they wont take it, he should have taken it. I have a whole tree they cut down with nowhere to put it.

Please don't hire this company to do any work. They will rip you off! Carlos will tell you anything to get your money. They will ask for money up front on the project and then you will never get any work out of them. Worst mistake i have ever made by hiring this company. I wouldn't want them working at my house for free at this point! :)

Do not use this company, they do not know how to pour concrete and they will lie to you at every turn. They poured my concrete on a day it was raining when I wasn't home! The owner should be in jail not doing business.

This company did an absolute awful job on my concrete patio in my back yard. The patio has a significant slope, the edges are uneven and there is a large hole on one corner that they never filled in. They left a huge mess in my yard that I had to clean up, and they never came to fix anything despite multiple requests. I contacted the BBB, Consumer Protection Agency, etc. with no success. The owner did call my house and yell at me for contacting the BBB. This is a poorly run company and I would NOT use them. Look up their record with the BBB - they have MULTIPLE complaints with no response from the company. DO NOT USE CAROLINA CUSTOM CONCRETE!!!
