They've lost another good customer to Home Depot. Ordered a dishwasher online and received an estimated delivery of 4-24-2016 ( a Sunday and my day off). I called the store at 6:30 to check and they acted like they had never heard of me or the order. My blood pressure spikes whenever dealing with these incompetents. It took over an hour on hold to cancel this order (listening to the continuous drone of "We are assisting other customers, please continue to hold and a representative we be with you momentarily".
Terrible Management! They are neither truthful nor ethical. Once they had our money (and we ordered more than $20000 for renovations) they repeatedly stalled and made excuses why our materials and installers arrived MONTHS later than management initially told us and then repeatledly rescheduled.. We would have been so much better off paying double to an honest local contractor. I tried to contact corporate customer service and a supervisor named Barry actually faked he couldnt hear me speaking due to bad phone reception... needless to say, they were completely unwilling to provide any assistance or contact info of anyone that would help us. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
