Signature Real Estate, LLC is the worst property management company! They do not understand what communication is! For several months I have had several maintenance issues that have not been followed up on. I have called the agent Grayson Harper multiple times with no return. I even went up to the office and finally spoke to him and was advised he would call back. Upon not receiving a call back I contacted the broker in charge Maggie (Manager) who apologized and assured she would call me back. 2 days later and nothing. I am a working mother who does not have the time or patience to deal with this type of incompetence! This is the most unprofessional landlord experience I have ever encountered. Please do not buy or rent from them! Please share!

This office is not professional at all. My home was broken into you all didn’t do anything about it but wanted their rent money on time. It took a month to get things repaired because the order was not put in at all. It started with the water and now they lost a check and expect me to pay a court fee and some re-occurring charge that’s been on there since December and tried to say it came from March rent. Then they have nasty attitudes as if I am in the wrong Always document everything. On top of that there are ants and roaches and I clean my house daily so there is no need for me to have bugs. When I had my mom call to tell them about it they said someone came out well clearly he didn’t do a good job because the ants came back. I asked for a better living environment because I was robbed and told them I didn’t feel safe for me nor my children. I don’t sleep because I am afraid someone will come back. I have NEVER not paid my rent for the year that I have been dealing with them. Something needs to be done because this cannot continue to happen. They should take a culture competency class along with what great customer service is. I understand this is a business and people work and have to get paid but you don’t mistreat and take advantage of people just because you can. I will not be renewing my lease at all do not rent from them.
I have had no trouble getting help and the office has taken care of me every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a better group of people. They are so friendly.
The place I rent in crawling with bugs. Even have earthworms crawling into my kitchen when it rains. When I moved in I even found 2 bullets on top of the furnace where the previous tenant probably kept their gun. Carpet stinks even after they promised that is was shampooed and cleaned. Wish I never signed my lease with them.
I have to say Taylor & McChesney has terrible office management practices & very bad response time to address issues. The building I worked in under their management was supposed to be smoke-free yet always smelled of cigarette smoke. When people put up no smoking signs they were taken down. They would take days to check on a problem. When another office decided to paint they poorly ventilated it and wasn't until two days later the office management asked them to open doors & windows. When the AC made loud & disruptive noises (and clearly is on the verge of breaking down), they always took days to even check it let alone fix it.
I really honestly think the good reviews on here have to be fake- they sound fake for one, and ogburn properties has to be the WORST property management company I have ever had to deal with! I have moved a lot as a result of being military so I have dealt with many- but wow! They literally did all they could to purposely screw us over. If you have to rent from these people make sure you get ALL your receipts! They will say you didn't pay! I had to get proof from my bank to show I paid but it still didn't save me from all their fees and then they even added a ton of administrative fees for no reason! And forget about customer service, they don't care anything about that, but complain about it to them and they will just add some more 'administrative fees'. The house we are renting had not been taken care very well either, their motto must be cut every corner, so much jerry rigging going on around here, and not to mention the thousands of layers of paint on the walls and outlets- we had to chip away the paint to use the outlets... They are rude and out for every last dime they can get from you however they can get it. BEWARE!!!!
Now, they are better now, they are upgrading a lot of things at Colony Place Apartments, and the neighbor is looking better, and they are not letting any and everybody move in, they are really doing backgrounds check on everybody!
I hired Quality Renovations/Richard Walker to do Roof repairs which included replacing vent boots that he suggested needed replacing, soon after I had some leaks. Called and Called and Called, he never returned my calls or came out to my home. I ended up calling someone else who reported that the wrong size boots were put on therefore letting water sit around vents. Needless to say I had to pay this company to fix Quality Renovations/Richard Walkers work. I would never use this company againor recommend this company. At least if you make a mistake, make it right. NOTHING!!!
A/C went out. They won't help until it's convenient for them. I'm sick and have a fever. They don't care.
Horrible company to rent from, we had soooo many problems when we first moved into the house, it took them at least a month to work all the problems out and the owners put goats in the back yard after we signed the lease without letting us know before we signed a contract and they thought that was fine. We had many problems and then when we moved out they kept a good portion of our deposit for dumb reasons, we felt like they were taking advantage because we signed a contract.
