I had nothing but great experiences until today. After getting my car washed my automatic driver mirror made a squeaky noise that was not there prior to the wash. I informed Grazi, the manager, who consulted Bob, a mechanic, who stated that the now broken frame of my mirror was due to my car being hit since it had scuff mark (the mark was there when my car was working fine.) I then asked to review the video which showed my mirrors being outward prior to entering the wash. However, upon exiting the wash my driver mirror was inward while the passenger was still outward. Grazi was set on the wash being made of cloth so it could not have done anything to damage my car when it in fact damaged my car. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS MANAGEMENT DOES NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP WHEN YOUR VEHICLE IS DAMAGED ON THEIR PROPERTY EVEN WITH PROOF.

In town dropping kids car off at school,decided to get it cleaned after the 700 mile trip. I got the am special for $10.00(regularly $20.00),well worth it.It got all the road grime and the bugs off too.Pulled around and at the cleaning stations there are not only vacuums but rags and air hoses to complete the job. There is also an area to wash your car mats and a brushing machine to get the carpet ones. I will be purchasing the $39.00 unlimited wash for my crew. Well recommended. Jerry/Chicago
I have been going to this car wash once a week for YEARS. They have learned my truck and they call me by name. Chris the manager is a great guy to deal with. One day they didn't mark my air freshener on my ticket and the girls came inside looking for me to ask didn't I want it because they knew I always get it. IF THEY ARE REAL BUSY LIKE FRIDAY AFTERNOON THEY MAY GET A LITTLE BIT TO FAST BUT IF YOU SEE SOM ETHING YOU DONT LIKE THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.
"THE FIRST AND THE LAST" for me !!spend 100 dollars for nothing...I've paid 100 dollars for the "INTERIOR DETAILING". at 10 am I put my car there, at 5 pm they call me, they said my car was ready. when I see my car, my car is still very dirty (hmm ... the word DETAILS different for each person). I asked the manager why is still not clean, but he said that "it is the best we can do" I am very disappointed with that answer, but i gave them 10 dollars tips before i go home. and when I got home, I realized that there was something missing. and I'm back again to ask for the manager and he said "i think we don't have it". ....VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.....good job !!
On April 12, 2015 at approximately 4:30pm I took my vehicle to Magnum Car Was & Quick Lube located at 608 Jonestown Road, Winston Salem NC in order to have my vehicle cleaned. Before arriving at the facility I cleaned out the back seat placing all items in the trunk. When arriving I was not greeted at all instead at sat in my vehicle for about 4-5 minutes waiting to be helped. I informed the Representative that I wanted to obtain the 13.00 car wash at which time I proceeded to enter the Representative appeared to be annoyed because she was on the phone with her girlfriend so she quickly had me to pay so she could continue her conversation. When my car was complete I did what most of us do (meaning I got in my vehicle and left. The next morning I was going to place items in my back seat and realized that my handle had been broken. I quickly returned to the facility in order to inquire on what had happened to my door. I was assured that “if” the facility had broken it then it would be on camera (let me remind you I cleaned my backseat out before handing my keys over to representative therefore I know that my handle was not broken). Well I asked to speak with a manager at which time a representative came out to talk to me and called the individual whom had cleaned my vehicle over. The individual advised that he had placed my handle inside the drivers door however he advised that the handle was already broken. I was instructed to return inside to fill out an incident report which I did at which time “the owner” (whom had said nothing since the beginning of the situation although he was sitting there the entire time-without advising of who he was) advised that he had looked at the video and my handle was already broken. I asked him to allow me to see the video at which time he declined and stated “the only person that can see this video will be the police”. At this time I contacted Winston Salem Police Department and an officer came out. As the officer was pulling in the “owner” jumped in his brown SUV and drove off and as not able to be reached by phone. I drove by the facility ten minutes later and contacted the officer informing him that the “owner of the facility was back”. When the police arrived the owner advised that he was unable to gain access to the video and would need to request a password from someone else. The officer has advised me that another owner contacted him advising that he had also viewed the video and my handle was broken however he would not return until Friday April 17,2015 and video would be available for officer to view on Monday April 20, 2015 however declined to provide co owner his password in order to allow police to view video.Facts/Concerns:1)I know beyond of a shadow of a doubt that my handle was not broken when arriving at the facility however the representative whom cleaned my car advises that it was. (Question: Why did he find in necessary to hide the door handle inside the driver’s door and make no mention of it”2)I was advised that I could not view the video and only an officer could so my concern is why did the owner leave when the officer pulled in and then return when the officer left3)How was the owner able to view the video before the officer came however when the officer returned he was unable to gain access for the officer to view?4)The co owner which was able to view the video while he is in Florida: why was he unable to provide his password in order to allow his partner to allow the officer to view 5)Will the video be deleted by Monday when the officer is able to view this?I am requesting to see this video concerning my vehicle and that repairs that were made to my vehicle are repaired immediately
I highly recommend this place for all of your auto needs. Service was awesome and professional. Im very particular about things, but I must say I was very impressed. Go see them!
I'm so disappointed in this business! I live a few minutes away so it's so convenient for me to get my car cleaned there. I have been going for years to this place and always been pleased. I payed 25 dollars and it looked okay till I got home and the roof was still horribly dirty. So I call and ask for manager and I told him how I had left no longer than 5 min and how bad it looked. I have a white car so it's easily noticed. Told him I could come right back. Explained to him how I was disatisfied and that I had been coming for Years and he didn't care got an attitude. Said he would only fix it tomorrow and I was headed on a business trip to charlotte so I wouldn't be able to make it back in time. He said he couldn't do anything. Even though they didn't close for another 30. I told him that's not how you treat customers and that I wouldn't return if he gave such horrible customer service. Said he didn't care if he lost me as a customer. I just believe that you should treat customers that way. You should always fix a problem. I'm choosing to never go back. That's not a business I would choose to support anymore.

Everyone at A Diamond Solution are very helpful, respectful, and professional! When they finished cleaning my house it looked new again! I had nasty green stuff growing on the side of my house and they were able to get every-bit of it off. Anyone looking for a pressure washing service just rememeber you cant go wrong with a diamond!
I have had my vehicles detailed before but never the way Will's Auto Spa details them!!! Very knowledgeable about the all details in the details! Who knew there was a science behind it? Jonny on the spot and very reasonably priced too! I am definitely keeping Will as my guy from now on! Thanks man!!
