Absolute worst place!!! I bought a car yesterday, drove it twice in the past 3 days...paid for it in full, left it for them to do a few things on it for me and...when I called to see when I can come pick up MY car that I have the bill of sale to, and insurance on..... they said oh sorry we sold you the wrong car.. give us more money for that one or take this other car (that I never even looked at or drove) Brandon seems to pride himself of his online reviews, well I’m here to tell you not to waste your time and gas on this place!! They are as shady and shafty as they come!!

Con artists! If you don’t continue to lease and turn in a vehicle they will take you for every penny they can get. I was hit with a $1,000 service fee, which is obviously nothing more than ridiculous. I purchased lease protection that added over $800 to my overall lease cost. This was supposed to cover any and all repairs once turned in. Only when I contested the figure did the associate leave, speak with someone in the back, then return and say oh yeah, your tires are covered so that takes off $300. So if I had not contested they would have charged an extra $300. Not to mention they are trying to charge me 700 for an oil change. If all of this is not bad enough they also want an additional $5,000 for over mileage. They say if I lease a new vehicle they can forgive this completely but if not, it’s out of their hands. If they have the ability to forgive in one instance, they could work with me on the other. But the associate would not budge. I was not late on a single payment in 3 years and the car itself is in beautiful condition. I took very good care of my lease car and they won’t work with me on any of these ridiculous charges. The worst customer service I have received period!! Not to mention their absolute incompetence in the service department. I had tires changed and they scratched several of my wheels. I had a graphic added to the roof and they stepped all over the plastic door jam without any protection. I received my car with dirt all over the plastic. I was lucky they didn’t scratch it. I expect from a premium company like Mini Cooper a certain amount of professionalism and customer courtesy. This dealership lacks both. I will never lease from them again and likely will never lease from Mini Cooper. Thanks for turning away a loyal customer!!
Frankie Howell was extraordinary. She was wonderfully patient guide in working with my husband and me as we explored our needs and desires in a vehicle. She confidently directed us to a vehicle that meets our individual needs, no small feat! Her attentive listening and ability to comprehensively answer questions was really appreciated by us both. It feels like we’ve made a new friend in addition to purchasing a new car.

Do not buy a car from here...yes I know it is as is and no warranty but the person who sold me my car said there was nothing wrong with it. I've only had this car a week and have already had to replace the battery, transmission light came on and then the check engine light came on. It's currently at the shop being looked at by a mechanic. Not happy at all with my experience and will tell everyone I know not to buy from here.
