Half of the washers are out of order and the women have a very bad attitude. I put a dollar in the dryer and it stopped in 10 minutes. For a buck they made me feel like I was stealing and believe me, I don't need the money.

Great people that work there. Super helpful. Just don't leave your clothes unattended. They are not responsible for the people that leave there's behind.
I went to this place due to previous review which must have been done when the place was new. It is no longer new. The floors have never been mopped (really bad when items fall to the floor that your trying to clean), the free internet did not work, to wash a load in a small washing was 2.75 and large was 4.75- but a dryer was only 25 cents for 18 minutes. You do need to get a card because they give you extra money when you put $20 on it. I could not find any bleach for sale there but good thing Family Dollar is right next door. Some of my whites did not get cleaned by the washing machines. 6 kids were running around, the attendant was unfriendly and her friend and kid were far more important than customers (she could have been mopping). Watch what machines you use- there was gum on the drum of my dryer, which took forever to dry on hot towels (took 60 mins). Should be plenty of washers and dryers to use- plan to drop $20 bucks for three/four load. Business could be cleaner.
On the day my washer decided to die I was in desperate need to do my laundry. I went to a laundromat closer to home and it was dirty, broken machines, and I even saw some roaches hanging out. I turned right around and walked out as fast as I walked in. Needless to say I googled laundromats in WS and up popped Old Town Coin Laundry. I got directions and off I went. I couldn't have been happier when I got there the place was very clean, lots of available machines, and the attendant was so very nice and helpful. I got all my laundry caught up and was on my way in about 2 hours. I will use them until I get another washer and will reccomend them to everyone. A great place to get your laundry done!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way across the board! Keep up the good work, I will be back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A drive through dry cleaners! You can't get better than that! I've never seen anything like it. Only in America!
Don't take Uggs here to be cleaned. Especially if they are the lighter brown color. Not much improvement. They are ruined.
I don't know if it was discriminated against or it was just bad customer service but I need to make you aware of it, I go in for the second time to drop off more clother and the greeting I get is: "Oh it's just you", wow! That's a big disappoinment on reception.
Don't be fooled by the cheap prices! stay away. they have ruined my dress and i when i told my friends about this incident, i found out that they had their dresses ruined their too! Had i known that beforehand, I would not have taken it there! So -- STAY AWAY! the owner just says that she's not responsible! and she acts like a total b*tch! she doesn't even say sorry!
