Sunday, of Labor day weekend, I got a warning light on my dash to "check rear brake-light"... No mechanics anywhere! I went to Levine in Winsted to buy a $1.00 bulb... Problem - The process to change a bulb in a Volvo XC90 is beyond insane! Remove panels and take things apart just to get to it. Long story short... "Joe" (greatest tattoo's I've seen in a while :) was kind enough to give me a hand and work through the process's to replace the bulb. Thank you Joe! and kudos to Levine for having such a nice, and knowledgable guy working at Levine's... No ticket for "bulb out" this holiday weekend :))

Best most knowledgeable staff in the area. Way better then the competition in the area. I do business here all the time and plan to continue in the future. Highly recommended.

Yea I am all set with this place ever again. I approached their door at 5:29pm not noticing that they closed at 5:30, when my phone rang. Deciding not to be rude and on the phone in their store I took the call outside and when 5:30 hit the ugly kid with the glasses locked me out. At 5:31 I went to open the door, and everyone inside decided to ignore me, they could hear me knocking and finally after 2 minutes of repeated knocking the kid waived me off. Three guys in there standing around talking to each other and not one could ask me if there was something I needed help with. Finally the owner showed back up and explained to me that he's a tired old man and 7:30 in the morning comes quick. But he assisted me with my problem after I explained that I had driven far to get there. Ill take my business back to Advanced Auto.
