THEY DO GREAT WORK, THE CHACON'S HAVE DONE GLASS REPAIRS FOR OUR FAMILY SINCE 1981 & ALWAYS DO A QUALITY REPAIR.

Don't Trust the locksmith who is also the owner of Joes Glass his name is Mike Chacon. He broke my window trying to take his tool out from being stuck and refused to pay for it and then said to call my insurance and say someone tried to break in. He also said if I pay for the locksmith fee he'd fix my window as if that was a fair trade for breaking my window. Would not even give me his insurance and was very mean and rude will never go back I warn everyone who even considers coming here. Look for all other choices. You can believe ill be taking this to claims court. Hope this will not happen to anyone else.

Great customer service! Had the windshield replaced on 2 different vehicles by this shop. Service is second to none and the quality of the work preformed exceeded my expectations. I live an hour away and it's worth the drive to have them due the work I need.
