        Contacted them and scheduled an appointment to look at and assess the work to be done and provide an estimate. After waiting for them for approximately a week, they called back THE DAY OF OUR APPOINTMENT to say that they couldn't make it and didn't know when they could reschedule. NOT HAPPY as they cost us a week; if they had indicated an unwillingness to perform an estimate we would not be a full week out and starting from scratch.

        Should have been a simple fixture install. Epic Fail. Grade = F. Careless, sloppy, hurried work -- and the result? Every drop of water that gets around the base of the faucet drips into the wooden bathroom cabinet. After this experience I ponder two things: (1) How in the universe are they still in business? and (2) If you can't do it right - why do it at all?

        These guys were quick, professional and no-nonsense. There were reasonably priced and didn't try to suggest I needed more repairs than I did. I would highly recommend them.
