As a credit union, the 360 Federal Credit Union is owned and run by its members. The credit union s members are rewarded for their participation by receiving lower loan rates and fees, higher savings yields, less expensive financial services, electronic and face-to-face personal service and special household rewards tailored to their level of involvement. Every person in each member s household is allowed to join. 360 Federal Credit Union was the first credit union in New England to introduce online banking and bill paying. So I had used 360 for the past 6-7 months and had no issues but in the last month there was one incident where I came in to deposit 1200 dollars in cash and they put it in someone else's account then they fucked up the math on a check I helped my friend cash so I close the account mind u I was moving today there only open 2 hours a day on saturday but they have the nerve to call me and ask if they gave me too much money and they hadn't even. I only give kudos to a nice lady I saw clearly spend time to look into the issue Becky. Besides her I haven't been impressed with the service I have received

DO NOT use the credit union ever. Their customer service is abysmal and plain rude. Elegant banking is not their forte. If you wish to get something done, look forward to a long paper trail process that will take weeks, otherwise you will have to go into the branch to take care of simple banking that can be done over the phone with ANY other bank. You will deal with outsourced customer service agents who have no idea what they are doing or any training as to how to talk to customers
