Mike's Auto and Towing

The gentleman (I use that word loosely) who answered the phone (Aug 26, at 3:51p.m.) was beyond rude to me. He started screaming when I asked for an E.T.A. on my tow. Then screamed at my insurance agent when they cancelled the tow. (I went with a much more pleasant company.) There was absolutely no reason for his aggressive attitude. I will NEVER give this company my business and will tell as many people I know to avoid at any cost to do the same. My insurance company is putting in a formal complaint as well!!!! I can't give 0 stars UNFORTUNATELY!!!!! I really hope at least one person will be deterred from using this company after reading this.
