I published this review before and it got deleted. I took my 330 here and was told it would be ready the next day. I called the next day to find out that they got busy and my cart would not be ready until the following day. Thats messed up that my car was pushed off before others. But please continue. When i went to pick up my car I drove down the street to 85N at a gas station. While my friend and I were looking under the hood of the car it turned itself off. Very unusual my friend and I called Bimmer World LLC. I was told they would send someone to look at it and if it did not work my car would need to be towed back to them. They gave me the tow guy number and the guy who worked on the car came to the gas station. We pointed out a cable that was black on the left side of the engine that was not connected...He connected it. Then he said it could be the crank shaft sensor. Ben told me on the phone that it was not covered under warranty because of the miles on the car and even if they may have touch it, it is still not covered under warranty. WTF...my car ran fine before they touched it! So they guy leaves and I call the tow guy...He tells me he is off on weekends and he is the only one that has the key. I picked up my car at 12:15pm they close at 1pm. My car broke down at 12:40pm After I talked with tow guy I called them back at about 1pm and no one was there. If you just worked on my car and you know there is problem...why would you close and not answer the phone and dodge my calls. Especially when you knew the tow guy is off on weekends. So as my friend and I sat there we decided to go to Bimmer World LLC to see if we could see anyone still there because some guy in passing said that a person lived behind business. We went there and guess who we saw..the guy who worked on the car working on his own car. Why did you not answer if you knew my car had to come back to your company...smh....I was told I would be contacted Monday when they looked at the car....no one called me..I called them. They said yea its an electrical problem...when I got there turns out it was the crank shaft sensor...that they messed with..and now I have to pay for a used one..smh....So while there I buy a bluetooth module and I am told if anything goes wrong to come back...I went home and installed bluetooth module and it did not work so I went back. Ben told me there was no one to help me for 2 weeks...really..........This company does shady business and they messed up a part on my car and made me pay for it. Then told me it was not under warranty because of miles when no one told me that...Ben was willing to help me when I was a new customer but now he does not have time for me..I paid in cash..no credit over here....and this is the way you treat a customer....You will be sorry if you go here....cross 85N and go to the BMW repair shop that has all the BMW in the yard.They will treat you with respect!!!
