Horrible customer service!!! First time went there to inquire information. The guy that was suppose to help me acted as if I was wasting his time. Gave me a brochure and told me to look at the website for price informational and to have a better idea what they offer. Which by the way, their website SUCKS as much as their customer service. I though maybe because there were two other customers there maybe that's why he was rushing me. But! there were two other guys in the counter. Not even going to mention the guy smelled like he took a shower with beer. After a couple week I go back in to rent a few items. I'm the only person there and AGAIN! a different person acts like I'm wasting there time. I had to call my wife to ask some questions since they didn't have what I was actually looking for. You could see the look in his face of "annoyed"... If Winchester had a different rental place I would prefer using another, even if it's more expensive. I will Avoid using their services again.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR RENTALS ON TIME. They were 3 days late delivering our rentals, which forced us to have to set up for our own wedding, the entire morning of the wedding. Our ceremony started an hour late because of them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were nice until I paid them which had to all be up front and without a contract. They were 4+ hours late for delivering my order. Hung up on me when I tried to get answers about where my products were and the manager was extremely RUDE when I talked to him about my dissatisfaction. 4 hours late for someone's wedding day is SO not cool! Don't use this company for important events they just want your money!
I would not buy ANYTHING from this place. I purchased a Defective 4 Wheeler that he says, "I cannot find anything wrong with it" eventhough several other establishments tell me it is defective. I also purchased a Battery Charger that came apart on the very first use. He is hostile, and aggressive towards customers and nothing he sells is wrong according to him. I will chalk up $1,300 as a bad decision on my part. Save yourself the money and do not buy ANYTHING from this place.
The Owner (Johnny) has no idea of how to treat customers. Agressive and hostile. Something Pro Audio does not have is customer service.Every attempt to resolve problems with him resulted in his attempt to turn the situation on the customer to be blamed. Customers are the people who spend money at your establishment and return to spend more money when they are satisfied. Johnny (Owner) showed no interest at resolving his own responsibilities to a customer.They are always right even when they are wrong. When you are buying something from him do not expect him to honor any verbal agreements. Get your agreements in writing. Most of his work is performed by young 20 something kids. He does not monitor their work. You cannot expect quality or experience when these young kids perform service without supervision. Thanks Johnny. I'll chalk this $2500.00 experience as lessoned learned and find someone else to spend my money.
We drove about 45 minutes to rent a tiller from them. So glad that we did! They were very helpful and some of the nicest young men that we've ever met. Their price was very reasonable and they went above and beyond what was expected of them.
