I don't understand!!!!!!

I'm writing on behalf of my husband, Kenneth Durham, whom they arrested last night for violating probation and that was over 3 years ago and he have been to prison in Georgia and when they got in touch with Virginia then they said that they was not coming to get him and now he has been out a year as of last week and doing great haven't gotten into any trouble. He is on parole here in Spartanburg County and been on that for a year and all of a sudden Virginia had him arrested. Why when Georgia got in touch with you all, you didn't just had his time with their time.He was there over 3 years. We have gotten our life together and made a new and clean start. I have cancer, high blood pressure and a bad heart. I thought that every thing was over and out of the blues here comes some more stuff. Georgia gave him parole because of my health problems.
