Horrible

I took my daughter here and it was an awful experience the second we stepped in. The ladies at the front desk were unkind and not professional when it came to questions about insurance. The appointment had to be rescheduled because of their lack of communication with me about insurance. Yet I still had to pay the cancellation fee. The numbers they stated changed three times as we asked more questions and it was quite the commotion. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Unethical business

Do not go here! Only gave it 1 star because I had to, should be ZERO.
They should be banned from doing business in Winchester for unethical business practices! Watch your insurance claims & get your copayment refunds if you go here. They WILL take advantage of you!
Doctor was nice but office staff we're rude, not helpful & don't care about their patients, everyone of them should be out of a job! Maybe then the would appreciate their customers & be happy they have a job!
There are a plenty of other good doctors in Winchester, do yourself a favor and go any place else!

Doctors are great, unfortunate...

Doctors are great, unfortunately, they lost a patient due to a discriminatory billing manager. Back in January, I had an MS flare up and couldn't go to the appointment, I called with my head killing me to let them know. They will not let go of a $25 missed appointment fee - that is now accruing interest. I submitted this to the Better Business Bureau and will be calling the State Attorney General! I was sick and she still won't release this bill. She won't take my calls and every person I speak to there sympathizes with me. What kind of practice is this????

HORRIBLE! Both me and my husb...

HORRIBLE! Both me and my husband were overcharged. I called them for weeks only to get the runaround.each time a girl would call me back stating she knew nothing about my problems she just had my patient ledger. .asked to speak to the office manager many times ..was told to fax all my EOB's and proof of over payment I had to them and they never replied. When I called yet again and left a message saying I would go elsewhere to get justice the rude manager called me back, degrating me, talking down to me and not letting me talk. When I tried to explain to her that I questioned this at the time I was overcharge, let it go b/c I couldn't get answers then dug into it deeper when my husband was overcharged she became nasty..absolutely awful..nice doctors but horrible office manager..she even scolded me saying I called everyday..um..no I didn't call everyday..I did call several times trying to reach her and get someone to explain the charges on my bill. I am entitled to have it explained to me, my insurance and my moneyhelp keep her employed! .My insurance as well as my money keep u in a job..I think I am entitled to an explanation! She acts like she is too good for us common folk

Beware of this office

Beware of this office.

The doctors are good. But beware of the office manager. This person is not a nice person to deal with. I called them knowing they are in our “network” for insurance purpose and was given an appointment. Later I received a bill because the doctor wasn’t in network. They had failed to get the doctors paperwork done before giving out patient’s to her. If you try to talk to someone about insurance or a bill there is only one person who you can speak too (office manager) and only about 14 hours during the week she’s there, and oh yeah she doesn’t take messages.. I was told that I was wasting her time calling her to discuss the problem of them giving me an out of network doctor. I’m sorry that it’s her job to handle these things. But the experience I had there I’ve never had in a medical environment and hope I never have again. I’d look for another office simple because of the management.

Dr. Lonas and her staff are ...

Dr. Lonas and her staff are not quite the professionals that you would like to have. I ended up going to another doctor to treat a condition that I paid thes people to take care of. My complaints are 1) Poor service; 2) over charging a patient (they bill you and the insurance company for the same items); 3) billing for a office scheduled follow-up visit; and 4) multiple filings with my insurance company within a 40 days of the service date.
