Clint the manger and chris the sale guy was rude and and made fun of my wife disability and refused her service and and didnt give her the right computer and it s bad they refused serviced to a custmer with a disability and make fun of a person with a disabilty
I have been going to this best buy for 6 years now, and I've been an Elite Plus member for 4 of them. They have always been real great to me and my husband. You actually see the management team helping out there employees when they get busy (they don't just stand around and watch like Walmart does) and that's a big plus for me. The employees are knowledgeable. When you need big appliances, shipping is super fast and the delivery guys are great! I would definitely recommend this store. Now when it comes to the other review here about automotive, I haven't had to deal with them so I don't know about that. But when it comes to returns or exchanges on everything else, they've never given me a problem. But overall, I'd give them a score of 10 out of 10!
i would not recommend buying anything related to car audio here. they sold me a fried amp. when i went to return it, i had to argue with them to get my money back.
