        It took the service department a little over a month to get my car back to me! Almost two weeks of that time it was just sitting there in the garage continually being pushed to the back of the line, when they finally got to it they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it.

        Every time we called for an update we got a "we'll call you back" and would never hear back. It also took about two weeks just to get a courtesy car from them, thank god I work from home and have family who could lend me theirs when I needed it, otherwise I'd have been screwed.

        I had to call them multiple times just to get them to call my warranty company before starting any work and even then they had to call me because they'd lost the number.

        I finally have my car back and it drives like a dream (the only reason they didn't get just 1 star) so at least they fixed the problem, it just took over twice as long as it should have.

        Word of advice - after reading this if you still plan to book your car in for a service here don't book it for a drop off, stay there with your car!

        I definitely won't be going back again and I won't be recommending them to any friends or family.
