Everything about this is a city facility stereotype. Since it is indoors, all of the chlorine off-gassing from the pool gets traped in the air, so it kind of smells. The locker rooms feel really utilitarian (think puddled concrete floors) and maybe clean enough? For lap swim you have a 50% chance of needing to share a lane, but at least the other customers tend to be really nice. It *is* super cheap to use, so it represents a pretty good value.
