I had purchased two vehicles from them in the past. One for son and one for me. Today I contacted them about a car that was on their website with "contact us" for the price. It was a new vehicle. So I sent an email asked for price and if there were lease options. Did not hear back for quite a while and then responded to them again with (2nd) request. Got email from a Clinton that he had replied to email earlier in day and that I could call and get the price at any of the phone numbers at bottom of email. I responded again that I did not want to call just wanted figures to do some calculating on what I can or cant afford.Again I asked for price and lease on that vehicle. He sent email that the prices are on all vehicles they advertise. I sent him a screen shot of the website thinking maybe he did not know it was not showing and asked if the vehicle amount was a secret. He finely sent me email with amount they are asking but did not offer lease info. Then I sent email again asking for that. He asked for my address. I gave it. Again he sent a webiste address different that the one that I sent them the original request which did have the amount of the vehicle on it. He kept going on that they advertise the amount. Again one more time I asked for lease info. I never got another email from him on that. So I sent him an email back that I felt his customer service was very lacking and that I had been a repeat customer and guessed they did not need my business for the third time. I will not go back there nor contact them again. If the general manage which he is can do nothing but argue that they advertise the price on some websites and not give you the info you ask for that is pretty pathetic.

Purchased a vehicle from this place and everything was good. Until we took it to get things done to it like oil change and flushes. And the mechanic informed us that the sub frame is cracked and it is unsafe to drive. Contacted the dealership and they will not do anything about it. Contacting a lawyer.
Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. This company covered up so many problems with the car I bought from them without even having the decency to inform me that the gas gage did not work. I left the lot with the car and days later I broke down on the highway because I was unaware that I had no gas in the vehicle along with many other issue they failed to inform me of. Because of this dealership's deception I was left stranded and lost my job because they did not sell me a reliable car or inform me of any issue to make a quick buck off of someone.
