Had to get my screen fixed. I went to a few places and this place was by far the best! Good quality work, saved me about 50 bucks and only had to wait 25 minutes!! I will definitely be coming back here.. Thanks guys!!
Went to Cell Fix at the Mall with my iPhone 6. $120. to fix cracked screen. Sight unseen said it needed the LCD along with the glass. After a brief bicker fest I said thanks, I'll seek another opinion to which he stated, you won't find anywhere cheaper.....oh how I love a challenge! Went to Verizon ( knowing my deductible was $150.) and they suggested 'U Drop' and gave us a 10% off coupon. At ten til closing, Sam and his team informed me that the LCD was fine, the repair was $79 ( after 10% off) and put a new screen protector on for $24 ( Verizon $50.) If you have ANY phone problems ( insurance or not) and you don't go see Sam, your doing yourself a great disservice and frankly, throwing your hard earned money away! �������� ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
NOT TO BE TRUSTED!they were supposed to fix my laptop logic board and once they said they fixed it after many miscommunication they out right lied! it wasn't fixed, the first time i went to go on the internet the screen went double. it took it back and they put in for a os update and it then broke the interent user safari. i am outraged. I sat in there for two hrs and them telling me we dont know how to fix it. they also didnt want to refund me my money at any cost! DONT GO TO THEM FOR REPAIRS!
Best prices in town and great service! Other places wanted $150 and more to fix my phone where as U Drop We Repair only charged $85! Along with that, I was having another issue with it that they normally charge $40 to repair but instead only charged me $29 since they were already doing the work on it. I can't recommend this place enough! 6 stars!
Jason the owner is rude, unprofessional and not worth your time. Took him over six weeks to fix my son's computer and when I was delayed several days in picking it up he called incessantly and went as far as threatening to claim my computer as abandoned and retain possession of it permanently. Customer beware. Pleasetake your business somewhere else. It is ok for him to be delayed weeks at a time but he can't be bothered to wait on anyone else becasue in his words "He is not a storage facility and since he was preparing to go on vacation he needed the money right now!" He yelled, threatened and even hung up on myself and my husband. He doesn't deserve anyones business. The words "customer service" are lost on him.
