Went to the Bridal Boutique over the weekend and once again I left soOo happy!! Ive been using them for over 6 yrs. The ladies are nice and very helpful! Every occasion I have from wedddings to parties they give me the best services and best DEALS. I love the ladies and have to say everyone should SHOP THERE!! I always end up leaving with more than just one dress and very satisfied!
The ladies at the Bridal Boutique were very kind and helpful on Saturday. I am a plus size bride (size:26/28) and after having been treated like I was some circus sideshow at the other local bridal stores (especially David's Bridal) I went to The Bridal Boutique. In addition to their regular selection of smaller gowns, they have plus size gowns as well in the same designs and styles as the smaller ones. They made me feel special. I haven't
bought my gown yet, but I now have the confidence that I, too, can be a beautiful bride.

Like all little girls we dream of the day we get married. The Bridal Boutique made all my dreams come true. While visiting Wilmington of course I visited all the bridal shops. The first shop I visited more or less told me that I was crazy having my bride maids dresses all differnt colors a total of 12 in count, you would think that they would have done whatever it took to make a bride happy, willing to spend up to 300.00 per dress. On to another shop I go, after letting the clerk know what I wanted in a wedding gown I tried on 5, what a mistake that was, they had a couple that I liked, but a few things I wanted change/ added. I was told that it would cost 65.00 an hour with it taking about 8 hours to be done. That was a joke it wasn't anything really grand that had to be done, out the door I go. After visiting a total of 5 shops. Here it was on a Saturday afternoon 4:30 and I was leaving Wilmington the next morning.
I walked into The Bridal Boutique, the shop was swamped, knowing from the sign at the door they would be closing in 30 minutes. A young lady came to me and introduced her self as Kimberly, I told here first what I was looking for in a gown, she and I went to the racks of gowns and she pulled 4 gowns after trying on only 2 gowns there it was, with only a couple of things to be changed, I thought surely this can't be true, she took me to the owner Sandra she would be the person that would make the changes, no problem she said it wouldn't take, but a couple of hours with the cost being no more than a dinner. Now at this point it was all ready 6 pm, I thought all boy know I am coming to throw a curve into it all. I told kimberly what I was wanting in the brides maid gowns the color being from pink to red all 12 differnt. She smiled and said she had just the person that could help me, co-owner Tara I told her what I wanted in the gowns and the colors I was going after, she went into a back room came out with swatches of colors and samples of gowns, I was in heaven, here it is Saturday evening now almost 7pm and the shops was doing everything in they power to see I got what I wanted, as we were going over my order they even send out for a meat and cheese tray. What can I say the women of The Bridal Boutique bend over backwards to see that my dreams came true. I even ended up hiring the shop to be my Wedding Planners,Thank You Sandra, Tara and Kimberly, Never let it said that dreams do not come true.

The owner is very rude and treats everyone like trash unless you are the bride. I would never go back here or recommend this place in a million years. I guess they just hate business with the way they treat everyone and don't even bother calling them because they will be even ruder on the phone.

My experience at the Bridal Boutique was extremely horrific!! First of all, the owners barely acknowledged my presence but when they asked if I had been to other bridal stores, they did nothing but bad mouth these other places. Secondly, they argued with each other in front of myself as well as other customers! I found this VERY disturbing because i strongly believe that personal matters should be kept at home!! Needless to say I did not purchase a dress or anything for that matter from this store, simply because I felt like I was not wanted in the store and I did not get a good feeling/vibe from the moment i walked in because of all the drama and negative attitudes.
Please consider taking your business elsewhere!!
I was the last one out of my friends to get married and was known as the bridesmaid and never the bride until recently when I decided to get my wedding apparrel from The Bridal Boutique. That was probably one of the best decisions I made in regards to planning my special day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that this really was one of the most important days of my life. Being a bridesmaid and wearing bridesmaid dresses several times I did not always get treated with respectful customer service when dealing with other bridal shops, but each and everyone from my bridal party was truly pleased! Thanks to all the girls at The Bridal Boutique!
Exceptional customer service experience. From the first phone call to the last contact with the shop the family had been nothing but helpful in every way possible. I have been in and out of many bridal stores in the past and will never return to them again after my wonderful experience with The Bridal Boutique!!

As the Maid of Honor in my friend's wedding, we also had a positive experience in shopping for her wedding gown at The Bridal Boutique, but that's the ONLY positive. The day before her wedding, things took a nasty turn. My friend's dress was not ready for pick-up the day before the wedding at the time specified by The Bridal Boutique. They also were not able to guarantee the dress would even be ready within the next two hours which overlapped our Rehearsal time. When we called to attempt to work out a ""Plan B,"" the owner was far from accomodating, extremely rude, and actually hung up on both myself and the stressed out Bride-To-Be after stating she was ""waiting on other customers."" They were unwilling to accept our efforts to pick up the dress when we were able. We suggested a compromise of someone possibly staying after store hours that night or coming in before store hours the morning of the wedding, but were told, ""That's not an option."" They also could not deliver the dress to the house to compensate for their mistake. Needless to say, this caused undue stress for all parties involved, most importantly the Bride-To-Be. Another member of the wedding party volunteered to pick up the dress during their store hours that day. However, this resulted in her missing Rehearsal as the dress was still not ready when she arrived. The owners have never called to follow-up, explain, or apologize for their mistake. IF LOOKING FOR A WEDDING DRESS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I did not end up buying my wedding dress here, but I did enjoy my shopping experience. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the owner showed me around the store and let me look at samples for as long as I liked. They even let me try on one of their longline bras so that I could try on dresses. The owner, Tara, made excellent suggestions for what would look good on my figure and showed me how alterations could be made to tailor each dress. She allowed my mother to take photos of me trying on the dresses and to take notes on the brands and style numbers of my favorites. Not all bridal boutiques allow this. I visited at least 20 different bridal shops in North and South Carolina during my wedding dress search and this shop ranked near the top because of it's excellent service, wide selection of samples, range of prices, cleanliness, and overall feel. I definitely recommend giving it a try.
