Scotts Hill Animal Hospital

Dr. Lackey is a wonderful, caring vet. My dog was bitten by a brown recluse and had seen an emergency vet one night and Dr. Lackey the next day. She kept Sampson for several hours after they closed and cared for him, making sure he was well hydrated, given antibiotics and carefully cleaned him. The emergency vet did a poor job and cost $700. Scotts Hill prices are reasonable. I only see Dr. Lackey. She's the best!!

Have had 6 pets with Topsail Animal Hospital since 2002. Called yesterday afternoon 30 minutes before they closed asking to bring in kitty I was worried about. Dr. Barnes (of TAH) said noooo, take her to Wilm. to Emergency vet. Called Scotts Hill, where I had never been before, and they were kind enough to let me bring in my sick fur baby. I appreciate that immensely and am considering leaving my cold hearted jerk of a vet and giving all my business to those who give a damn. Thank you Scotts Hill Animal Hospital and Dr.

A great vet BUT by far the worst staff EVER! They are unprofessional, RUDE and in competent. It took four visits within one week that finally made me realize they are waste of time, energy and money. Not only are they horrible but they are messing with people's pets and my fur babies. Though the vet is great there are far more negatives that outweigh the positives. I am very disappointed in the staff at Scott's Hill Animal Hospital!!!!!
