Wow went to try to get an inspection for my vehicle and as soon as I got out of the car he looked and said, "know your vehicle is sputtering and did a walk around and said yeah you can bring it in and fail it if you want and pay and we'll go from there". This kid have no interest in looking at my vehicle 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Should have listened to others...

It's a toyota Camry with the a.c. on and never have I or any other mechanic or oil change service that has serviced the car had that much lack of care

Visited on a Monday afternoon and didn't have to wait. Had an oil and filter change done, and the work was performed quickly and professionally. While inspecting my car the technician, Brett, noticed a dirty air filter and transmission fluid. He suggested I change both but was not pushy or overly-aggressive in that regard like some other places can be. I usually get my inspections done here also and have always been pleased.

I pulled in at 8am on a Saturday for an oil change and light fix. And even though it was 8am on a Saturday, Shane showed my car all kinds of love. He's awesome and so is this location.

Fyi I wanted a quick oil change and got one in and out. Just for fun went over the check list of things completed. Needless to say I won't be going back as these things were never done. My fault I suppose for going to a place like that. I'm going to randys from now on lesson learned

This was the worst expirence I have had with an oil change shop. I was not greeted. When I drove in I had to almost walk in the bay to get someone to help me. They were not busy as they only had ONE car. They continued to talk while I stood there asking for an oil change. When the guy pulled my car in he must have little experience driving a stick shift because he stalled three times. The other employee had to drive my car into the bay. They did an oil change and did not fill it the oil all the way so on the way home my oil light came on. They seemed to have had an attitude when I went back up there to tell him. Own up to your mistakes. I would have to disagree with the older reviews with five stars. Staff must have changed since then. Management should consider hiring a employee with respect to customers.

As a professor of Operations Management at UNCW, I have to write this to rave about your oil change process and how you've built quality checks into it. I enjoyed sitting in my car listening to what was transpiring. Very knowledgeable and quick service! I was so impressed that I even discussed your business in both of my ops classes, and gave you a little plug. :)

I always go to prolube for all my services, its fast and easy and you don't even have to get out of your car. Great if the only time you have to do things is on your lunch break like me.

We recently bought a new house and have been receiving several flyers and coupons in the mail. One day we received a coupon for a complimentary oil change at any of the Pro Lube locations. I chose this one because it isn't that far from our new home and I am familiar with the area. LET ME TELL YOU I WAS IMPRESSED!!! First I called to see if this was a deal or a scam...sadly one must check these things out. The gentleman that answered was friendly and very helpful. I quickly got in my car and drove directly there. They got me into the oil changing bay, took my information and before I knew it--They Were Finished. It was like NASCAR I swear!! When I go to other places I am usually treated like an idiot when I go to have my vehicle serviced. I have come to the conclusion that is because I am not only a female, but a blonde too. These guys were awesome though! They spoke to me like an adult, and didn't try to make me feel stupid. The gent that answered the phone spoke to me the whole time and explained things clearly and kindly. My dad has always taken care of my vehicles until I moved down here, so I admit I know very little about vehicle maintenance. I was very impressed to say the least with the employees at Pro Lube on 17th. My boyfriend and I will make this our regular service station from here on out. I am tired of feeling ripped off and stupid when I leave. These guys are AMAZING!!! Thanks fellas!!!!

I only had 15 minutes left for lunch, and my friend told me to "go see Joe". I really expected to be late, but these guys had me out the door in 7 minutes and gave me $5 off for being a hospital employee! Talk about awesome service! Very professional. If you haven't tried this place, you should. Will be back!!

THE BEST SERVICE IN WILMINGTON, NC. I WENT TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AND THIS GROUP OF GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT IN NO TIME AND EXPLAINED EVERY THING TO ME SO I WAS AWARE OF THE INFORMATION THEY WERE CHECKING ON MY CAR. THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!

I've had excellent experiences here. Joe and Tristan always do a thorough job maintaining my truck, and they are so efficient it takes almost no time out of my day. Keep up the great work

Here is a wonderful staff here of nice young men willing to help you with anything you need. I'm elderly and need assistance with nearly everything and they don't mind at all. The manager opens doors for me and thoroughly explains things to me that generally confuse me. they try to make me have the best experience possible. Most important is that I never feel pressured to buy anything I don't need. I'm on a fixed income, and knowing that Joe will tell me to "wait until next time" or tell me I have more time between rotations really is appreciated. I've been to many places before I started going here and felt taken advantage of. I send all of my friends to here. Keep up the great work, you men really are a blessing. Ruth C.

i came in wanting a oil change an tire rotation the crew greeted me as soon as i pulled in they were very helping an had great customer skills i never been to a lube shop that were so honest the told me everything i was due for an didnt pressure me to buy anything this is the place to come when it comes down to haven you car or truck checked out i want to say thanks to the manager an his crew thanks prolube

Just dropping in to thank you guys again for helping me check out my new rides. I never would have noticed that transmission leak and ended up buying a lemon. The tips on maintenance on the one I finally ended up buying were awesome.

I want to thank the crew at 17th street, for literally saving the day for me. It was pouring down rain when I pulled into their store last week. My car sounded horrible, and I just knew it was going to be something serious. They looked my car over in a matter of minutes, and reccomended a flush and an oil change. My car has been running perfectly ever since. It really doesnt get much better than that. - S

I just wanted to thank Jojo and the staff at the 17th Street Extension Prolube. Getting my oil changed always seems like such a hassle, but it really is a pleasure when I visit this crew. I can always count on them to get my car in and out quickly, and only reccommend services I need. There have actually been a few times I've thought I needed a service and they have told me I had a few miles left. Its great to have a place to go where you know you can trust and count on the staff to treat you like family. Thanks for all that you do!!

I recently was advised to have maintenance on my car at the Prolube on 17th street. The staff was very helpful and very informative about things that I did not even know was wrong with my car. The young man Zachary who changed my oil was very helpful and has great customer service skills as well as all of the Prolube staff. I am so happy to have found a place that I can continue to have great and speedy service at, that I am also confident will do the job right. Thanks Prolube staff!
