I could not believe the way I was spoken to. I called and applied for a small car loan, when the manager called back, she said she couldn't do anything with my income. I said that I don't have any bills, and I thought my debt to income ratio would surely cover a small car payment. I tried to talk to her about options. I recently picked up more work, what type of documents would they work with, what would they accept, would they work with a co-signer? She was very rude, and acted like I was bothering her, and I was stepping out of line, to ask these questions. She was unwilling to listen, and was bothered by me asking questions and wanting information. She eventually hung up on me because I said that I used my family's address for my permanent address. I guess this disqualifies my application as false information.. Never in my life had I ever had a conversation with a professional with someone who was so backwards and narrow minded who wasn't willing to help at all. These people suck

I will NEVER EVER use this company again. EVER! we bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, and they ended up being the finance company. We financed the loan for around $10,000. and the company screwed us with a 19.1% interest rate. I am thinking we will pay it off WAY early anyways come tax season. My wife got behind by one month, and 6 days. And their were NO missed payments before that. One of the people that worked there was good enough to call to let her know she was late. She had a molar pulled like 12 hours prior to this, and could hardly talk on the phone, and so the guy hangs up on her. 18 hours later, they sent someone to repo the van. They wanted both missed payments, and the jerk repo guy says I also have to pay him $125 for the service call, otherwise, he is taking it. Now, my name is on the loan as well, least he could have done was call me since he could not understand my wife. But no, his answer is, take the van. When I spoke to the manager there when picking up the van, she says they have the right to do it, and if she feels it is in their best interest to repo something, they will. That if we are a day late in the future, and we do not CALL them first, that they will take it again.

They are a great company who can helped my family out when no one else could. The first loan we got did have a high interest rate, but we had terrible credit. The second loan has a good rate even though we still had bad credit because we had proved to be good customers. Great place to go if needing forgiveness!
