Justin Moulin (pronounced Mull-en) earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Charleston Southern University in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to attending Charleston Southern, he was a member of the Guilford College football team playing two years for the Quakers. After graduating College he attended Elon University School of Law and was part of the school’s first 2.5 year program. During his time at Elon, he completed a residency with the Guilford County District Attorney’s Office and interned with a Civil Litigation firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. While at Elon, he was a member of the Elon Law Moot Court Board, a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and a member of Elon Law’s Innocence Project. Mr. Moulin began his practice at a commercial real estate and business litigation firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. There he assisted in leasing agreements, property disputes and mechanic’s liens. Shortly after that he found his way into the practice of family law and criminal defense at a small firm in Asheboro, North Carolina. There he began his career representing clients in their darkest hours through some of their toughest times. From there, Mr. Moulin moved to the coast setting up shop in Wilmington, North Carolina. He continued his practice of family law and criminal defense in New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick Counties. Mr. Moulin joined Hager Divorce and Family Law in 2023 and represents clients in family and domestic law. He represents clients in custody and child support actions, protective order hearings, alimony claims, property division, and divorce. When he’s not at the office, he’s either on the golf course or spending time with his wife and goldendoodle Tucker. Mr. Moulin is licensed in the State of North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association.
