I've been to two or so dermatologist before and I must say that Atlantic Dermatology has been the best practice in my experience. He takes his time to exam and explain to you his thoughts. He is very thorough. Dr. Crane provided me with two prescriptions and plenty of samples about 8 to 9 months ago, and I have seen results. Very pleased with everything they have done for my skin and believe me they have done wonders.

Wow. I am so impressed with this practice and Dr. Crane and Kelly Britt and all his other PA's and nurses.



I originally called the office (after multiple referrals from friends) to make an appointment after I noticed that a mole on my back grew quite a lot over the past year and was not entirely symmetrical. After many many years in the sun I know i'm a high risk for skin cancer so I wanted to get it checked. It turned out to be a melanoma but luckily enough they found and took care of it and i was so ecstatic, Thank you for all you help and hard work.

Dr. Crane and Dr. Benjamin are both so great. The whole office is pretty great, in fact. Very friendly and courteous, they spend ample time with patients, and don't feel like I'm trying to get sold Botox every time I go in there. They have been accommodated me in pretty much every way possible. Extremely happy with their practice.

After dealing with adult acne for years, and being told by my derm "it's in your hands now, bye!" with a refill of doryx and retin-a and aczone.....all of which had done zero for me.....I decided to look elsewhere. I researched and this place seemed like the place to go in Wilmington. Based on reviews I read, I Chose Dr. Crane. Ive never been morer happy with my decision.

I had an extremely bad rash and I called around to a few different dermatologists around town and Atlantic Dermatology was the only dermatologists that could get me in within a timely fashion. The receptionist that I spoke to was a very friendly and polite girl, we talked to each other as if she had known me for years. She was able to get me in that day, give me directions, and give me some helpful info about what I was to expect coming in for the visit. I was greeted by a smiling face when I checked in and when I was pulled back into the room. The nurse that was in the room was very nice and the PA I saw was awesome. She was very confident of what the problem was and even gave a me a free sample and a coupon for what she prescribed me. Overall I had a great visit and I highly recommend this office to anyone!!

My family and I have been patients at Atlantic Dermatology for quite a few years and we have never been unsatisfied with our services there. With a family of four we have seen most of the providers there and we think that the are all great. There is never an extremely long wait to be scheduled with someone, especially if its an emergency, which they are very good about working us in. We have always felt very welcome and comfortable in the office. Sometimes they get behind but, what doctors office doesn't, they always let us know when the provider is running behind and they offer for us to see another provider if its going to be a long wait. The providers are very professional and we have never had a problem that they couldn't fix. They have a great staff that works very hard and the patient definately comes first here. We love it there and highly recommend them.

I have been to Atlantic Dermatology several times and I think that its a beautiful office with an amazing staff. I never have to wait more than a few days to get in for an appointment. Whenever I have left a message for a nurse or something, they have always followed back up with me within a timely manner. The staff are always polite and smiling whenever I have gone or when I have called on the phone. They really take the time in each visit to exam me and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality service!

I was refered to Atlantic Dermatology by another physician that could not properly diagnose a skin issue I was having. One of the medical receptionists at Atlantic Dermatology called me within 10 mins or so of leaving the referring office, which I thought was very convenient. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone and got me in to see a PA within a few days. The PA that I saw was very easy to talk to and she was able to instantly diagnose the problem. She gave some samples of the cream that she prescribed and a coupon as well, which was helpful for me. I was very immpressed that she was able to diagnose the problem so quickly and effectively. I feel that the quality of service is very high and I will be coming back to Atlantic Dermtology for any future issues I have. I strongly recommend them!!

I have been going to Atlantic Dermatology since it has opened in 1994 and I love it, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I see them for both medical and cosmetic services. Though the practice has grown quite a bit since I first started going, the values and quality has not changed. Dr. Crane and his staff go above and beyond for their patients and always have. They are friendly, professional, and above all they are good at what they do. I highly recommend this office! Thanks Atlantic Dermatology!

I love ATLANTIC DERMATOLOGY!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cosmetic needs. I have been going to see Patricia for my botox and laser hair removal and I couldn't be more pleased with my results and the services they provide there at Dr. Cranes office. She is very gentle and really takes her time with me. I feel very comfortable there and would not go anywhere else! I would recommend them to anyone who wanted quality service.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Atlantic Dermatology. My entire family, including myself, go there and have gone there for years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of us. Dr. Crane and his entire staff are wonderful. I highly recommend his office to anyone who is looking for a great and experienced dermatologist!! =)

Think before you decide to go there and have any procedures done. Was lied to about what would be done, when if fact only half was done. Was ripped off of a hefty amount of money. Then Dr. Crane wanted more money to finish was should been done the first time. I would not recommend anybody to go there for anything.
