Be cautious with this company. It is a franchise that has changed hands three times in the past year. I am a sub contractor that performed nearly a dozen jobs for them and have not received pay. I am currently forced to file liens on the good customers that paid Kitchen Tune-up, but they didn't pay their contractors. Its not the customers fault, but it is the only solution the state of NC allows. Before using, Call Kitchen tune up Corporate and ask them if they offer any warranty/protection to the clients for a franchise location. They do not. They claim each branch is independent and not covered by corporate. BEWARE

I want to thank Justin Sellers and Sellers Tile for their outstanding work during the recent remodel of our Master Bathroom. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship and follow-up were what impressed us the most. Justin made sure that the job was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the outcome. I would strongly recommend that you contact Justin at Sellers Tile for your next bathroom or kitchen remodel.
Excellent Kitchen & Bath Dealer. Great with design details & cabinetry for every budget.
We began demolition/construction/renovation on my kitchen on 01/09/14. After Kitchen Tune-Up completed about 75% of the project, I found that they never obtained the proper permits to start the work. I later found out that the workers that they had doing the work were neither licensed contractors or licensed electricians. After I confronted Garry Skinner, President of GS Interiors dba Kitchen Tune-Up, about this, he assured me that he would take care of everything. By June 13, 2014, after being unable or unwilling to acquire the necessary permits, Mr. Skinner terminated the contract, leaving my kitchen unfinished, with damaged appliances, and unpermitted. I am now being told by the New Hanover County permit office that they may have to open up my floors and walls to see if the work was done to code. This is a disaster. I called the head office of the franchise about their "guarantee" of their work and their quotes. They responded that they do not take responsibility for the work done by the individual franchisees.
