This place is nice and the prices are very reasonable as well. I did not have any problems with the parking lot.

Ordered food with a coworker last week and she found a huge bug in her shrimp fried rice. Her husband went there the next day for a refund and they denied that the bug was in her food when he had the container with him. Naturally I wanted my money back also and the owner made a big deal about returning my money because "there was no bug, they are very careful". Won't EVER eat there again! Terrible customer service!

I ordered takeout and the amount of food that I got was pitiful. Normally when I get hibachi take out, I can at leat make two meals off of it. I could only make one meal with the amount of food I was given. Also my food was over cooked and it wasn't good. It didn't taste like hibachi at all. On the bright side though the place looked clean and the people where nice but I was very disappointed in the food. I'll never go back and I don't recommend going there.
I was VERY disappointed in my recent visit. I came in for Hibachi style with 2 of my sons and a nephew. The waiter didn't realize we were in his section so we weren't greeted for 10 years. Chef forgot my son's steak and had to leave to go get one. Chef did not have enough noodles to go around. One of my sons and myself did not get a single noodle. Chef did not cook proper amount of chicken. I ordered a beef filet & chicken combo. Chef was serving clockwise and had 4 little squares of chicken left by the time he got around to me. We had to call the waiter to our table in order to get drink refills and the waiter spilled Sprite on my table right beside my plate (a decent amount!) and did NOT come back to clean it up. Waiter never pre-bussed our salad and soup plates...I finally flagged him down yet again and requested he do so. I've been to Hiro at least 50 times and has always been really good. I left a $1.00 protest tip and a note on the credit card receipt letting management know service was awful and did not even receive all of our meal. I was disappointed enough to stop by the restaurant the next day to share my complaint. Owner was not in but spoke with the hostess who remembered us from the night before and assured me that the owner would be contacting me to make it right, I left my contact info. Never heard from the owner - so I suppose I'm done with Hiro. Debating charging back my $100 credit card purchase as the product wasn't right and service was horrible. I should have been concerned when there was no wait and plenty of open tables on a Friday night at 7pm.........
we love it for fast take home when we're in a hurry and wine good food for dinner.
They are part of our family and watched our kids grow up. The food is so good and tasty. Its always nice to have a good show to watch, the chef's are great!
Great food and very fresh. They have the best sweet carrots that are served with their meals. We Always get the Hibachi Chicken, with brown rice. We order take-out from here 2-3 times per month.
I love Hibachi to Go. Have never had less than delicious food every time.
