I took my car to this establishment for years after hearing about it from a friend. It was convenient. On my last visit, the day before going out of town to a VA appointment (I'm a disabled Vet), the guy who cleaned my car removed my car cell phone charger and must have yanked it from the port. I was surprised when I saw it laying on the seat upon leaving Mister Sudzy because this had never happened. I just plugged it back in and drove to my out of town appointment using my phone GPS without a thought. My phone was almost dead so I decided it was time to charge and this is how I learned my expensive charger had been irreparably broken, I purchased a new charger only to find out both the ports in my 2 year old car were damaged as well. I can no longer charge my phone in my car, use a GPS or any other device as a result and I travel monthly. When I called to report what happened, I was told that I may not be truthful about the events so there was nothing they could do or if I told them who had cleaned my car they would be fired (I could never live with myself if someone were fired over what I'm sure was a mistake) there was never an apology or offer to rectify the situation. I will never use this establishment again and would like to warn others to ensure they remove there chargers and close the ports so that this doesn't happen to them. My dead cell phone & broken car ports are a constant reminder of this situation. I hate that I have recommended this facility to so many others but now I will begin to warn against it!

I took my husbands car there because he works at night. I will not go back. The car was scratched up he was upset. Now I have to pay to have the scratches removed. The do not rinse the clothes out offer each use.
I don't usually post reviews, hoping to clear things up with personal calls. But this one needs to be shared. My 16 yr old daughter proudly brought her first car there to get detailed today. We had a $10 off coupon for a $36 wash but wanted to upgrade to a full detail. They said "maybe." When she checked out (herself), not only did they NOT give her the discount, they also BROKE a plastic door on the dashboard (to a storage area). They immediately denied it and said it had been broken (it was NOT broken when she got there; in fact, she opened the door so they would know to clean the inside). She tried to complain to a manager & they gave her a number to call...it was the same number as the location itself. Again, they denied any responsibility and said that ANY damage done at their location, they are not responsible for. THANKS FOR A GREAT LESSON IN (BAD) CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be cross-posting on social media. Don't anger a mama bear.
Went there today 1/11/2016 to have my wife's car washed. Upon running it into wash on the auto chain that brings it through wash, the machine busted the tire and ruined the wheel. New Buick,so this will not be a cheap repair. Nobody bothered to notify me this had happened to our car.I walked outside to see why it was taking so long and saw tire flat and wheel mangled up.They were attempting to take spare out of a new car and put it on. I asked them why, they were going to try and replace tire without me knowing.I told them not going to happen as my wife commutes 100 miles a day from Ocean Isle Beach to Wrightsville Beach. They said they would buy me a tire (how nice of them) and could have wheel "repaired". It is a styled aluminum wheel which i doubt you can repair 1/8 gouges on it. When i called local Buick dealership,they recommended bringing it in on a rollback. The manager Brooks stated since their insurance would have to cover it, that i could get a wrecker at my expense .he wasn't calling one.Then when i asked him about a rental until my car is repaired he stated not his problem,he had turned it in on his insurance who would be contacting me in 24-48 hours. I asked him how i was to get home,again not his problem.I am disabled and not very mobile,so he leaves me sitting there 4 hours until my wife could pick me up and take me to get a rental at my expense.So,i wasted a day sitting there being punished because they ruined my car. NEVER will get my business again and i hope Mr. Brooks father or mother or wife and children gets stranded out and treated like this by a non educated manager at Buffmasters. Karma is a killer. This car wash is horrible! Went through and did the most expensive wash and it practically did nothing. Still had dirt all over my car.
