HORRIBLE company!! Arrived with half of our ceremony rentals when the ceremony was scheduled to begin (an hour later than promised) and the other half 20 mins later, leaving our guests standing and waiting for our ceremony to begin late. They didn't contact our coordinator to update her and were unreachable. They called two days before our wedding to ask if we had obtained the permits for our tents, which we had already paid them to do. When we called them after the wedding they said they expected to hear from us, but they didn't bother to contact us. Cynthia acknowledged how badly they screwed up and told us that someone got fired. She said that they would like to make it up to us, but they did not offering anything at that time. We were finally offered a $50 refund (on a $2400 invoice) only after following up several times. We contacted the owner to discuss and he was EXTREMELY rude and defensive, suggesting that having half of the rentals show right at the time the ceremony was scheduled to begin should have been sufficient. He said that he would further research the service we were provided and call us back within 2 weeks. We never received a phone call or a refund (not even the $50 promised).
