Colleen is the best physical therapist around in my opinion. She has helped me through multiple issues, helping to heal me to avoid surgery. Also, she helped my husband through chronic pain in his shoulder and he gives her 5 stars as well. She is professional, convenient and tops at what she does.

Years ago, we moved from Raleigh to Wilmington and one of the things I missed about Raleigh was Colleen, so I was beyond thrilled when she called and announced she was moving her practice to Wilmington. She had done wonders for my back ailments years ago and taught me how to self-manage the pain through exercises that I still do to this day. The timing of her move was perfect as a new problem had popped up - I had pain in my Achilles tendon that was bad enough to keep me off the tennis courts and made it difficult to walk. Within a few sessions, she brought me great relief, and after incorporating the exercises she showed me into my regimen, I am back on the courts, even playing singles! What makes Colleen so special is her individualized treatment. She takes the time to explain to you what's happened to your body and how she's going to get you up and running again. She never fails to tell you what you can be doing at home to improve your situation, so you don't feel helpless. She tells you what should happen as you progress, and maybe more importantly, what shouldn't (as in, "you shouldn't feel pain on your heel when you do this exercise.") She immediately puts you at ease and you can tell from the first visit that she is committed to her patients. I highly recommend Colleen.
I had a hip issue for over a year and within 2 visits I was almost painfree after seeing Colleen. I had seen a chiropractor and another PT without any results prior to Colleen and was amazed how well I felt.
Kelly Riley with Therapy Care is by far the most unprofessional therapist that we have used for my son's physical therapy. My son has cp from grade 4 bilateral brain bleeds. He is a diligent crawler and has the potential to walk. We used Kelly Riley's services for a few months. The facility in which she conducts her therapy is lacking in terms of fun and motivating equipment for my son to use during his therapy. She was not encouraging while he worked and she often just seemed to space out. She didn't have a clear plan of what she was going to do for him during the therapy. She just seemed to wing it every time. She was highly focused on testing gear and I chose to see that as a possative. In the end I felt like she would schedule and reschedule gear trials just so that she could just set and talk about what ever gear we were trialing instead of doing therapy. In the end, she didn't order gear for my son. When I would ask what the status of the stander was she would say she doesn't have intent at home for personal reasons so she had not ordered it. I asked if she could order it from the office but that was inconvenient for her because she has a little boy. I was a Mom Marine and I can't imagine trying to explain to my boss that I can't do my job properly because I can't arrange care for my kids. I would not use Kelly Riley particularly if your child is over three and will require Equipment. We have had a new therapist for a few weeks and we are happy to making progress toward getting my son the equipment he needs.
Those staffs work there, they are NOT there for help. They are there to cause u more pains in any ways. U know what I meant if u went there. Don't go there if u refer by doctors
