We rented under this company for around two years and moved out recently to buy our own home . We had no issues with the owner , with the property (Wich was old ) , and no issues with Dianne Perry and Co. On the rare occasion something came up they were really kind and communicated well. They did keep almost all of our deposit for repairs but we are totally fine with it because we have three very young children living with us . I’m sure they could have tried to charge us more than the deposit but they didn’t . They didn’t try to take advantage of us . We ended things on good terms . After the company before Dianne Perry , we thought we’d never trust another realtor company ever again...but she changed that and made it a good expiernce .

Awful company to do any business with. I can attest to the follwing as an extremely unhappy tenant. They are defamatory, decietful and completely unprofessional. They are not listed on the BBB as I am confident this is the norm at this company. I'm still a current customer under lease till June 30th 2017 and I have never been so unhappy with a company. To start we moved in this rental and had a list a mile long of problems and after narrowing it down to a couple major ones was told the owner did not approve of these repairs!! Now the biggest ones were the front and back doors do not close properly causing the Ahvaz system to cool the outside....you can visually see outside with the door completely closed. I've contacted them and was told sorry not our problem. So now since they are trying to renew our lease for a year at 20$ more per month and we declined due to our brand new home under construction and will be ready August 25th they are trying to parade potential clients in the house while we aren't home! Now I get your trying to protect your rental and replace the tenant ASAP but I refuse to allow her or her ridiculous staff the privilege of waking as much as one foot inside until we are gone. I have a 90lb Sherman Shepard that guards the place 24/7 and was told to secure the animal or she would let my dog out the house to show her potential clients the rental......BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!! Take the time to read the response that was given to me from Dianne and tell me you would even consider rentin from this so called property management company.......Refuse to repair the unit, threaten me with letting my beloved animal out the house.....let's just say I wish she decides to walk in the u it while I'm out home ��������. STAY AWAY!!!!
Please do not rent from Dianne Perry Co. This is one of the shadiest rental companies I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with...I applied to a $1275 home for rent, and after paying $120 in application fees for myself and my cosigner they wait a few days and tell me it's been taken and to apply to another home for $1200. So I go to look at the other not so nice home, but seeing as they've already told me I'm approved I decide to move forward with the lease. They send the lease over and tell me I have 24 hours, only now instead of the advertised security deposit of $1200 it is $2000. I ask what's happening and they tell me it's a pet fees (understandable) but they've also added $200 because of my credit...I have an average credit score. It isn't great but certainly isn't poor. Now they tell me I have two hours to sign the lease and send them a $2000 deposit or they will reject my application. I then see on Craigslist they've posted an ad for the original $1275 home I was interested in! The house is also still up on their website as available so I contact them asking why they've told me it's taken if they're still searching for a tenant. They tell me the lease has been pending for days while I only had two HOURS to sign mine and get together a deposit. They ended up voiding my application then apologizing hours later because it was their mistake. So I ask once again about the $1275 house and they tell me the only way they'll rent it to me is if I pay the entire 12 months of rent in full plus a deposit! Almost $16,000! They are deceitful and not reliable whatsoever, please do not waste your time.
Great place to live, wonderful staff! My maintenance issue was worked on when they said they would and issue has been resolved. I am very happy living here.
I lived here for about a year in a town home, it was great for people on a budget and it was quite. I would have stayed longer but I moved back to Houston TX to be near my family. Not the greatest in appearance but you'll feel great at home :)
