Honestly the worst Best Buy I have ever purchased from. I recently Purchased a stackable washer and dryer and neither one of them works properly (still do not) and I spent thousands. Will not go into those details but I can tell you the appliance manager, the store manager and the assistant manager are extremely difficult to get ahold of and they do not call you back. Even the general manager Dale Marshall. I have had to call repeatedly and leave messages. Left 2 messages yesterday for DALE MARSHALL and was on hold for 20 minutes each time and never received a call back from him. And he is the general manager! It's absolutely crazy. There seems to be no desire on their part to keep customers coming back. For the first time in my life I am going to contact a corporate office to complain and possibly the BBB. My advice is, DO NOT GIVE this store your hard earned money. They could care less about customer care once they have been paid and you’ve walked out the door.
